the big title is 'customer service'

A customer is the most important visitor on our premises.
he is not dependent on us, but we ar dependent on him.
he is not interruption of our work,
but he is the purpose of it.
he is not an outsider to our business,
but he is part of it.
we ar not doing him a favour by serving him, instead,
he is doing a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so.
